Ring Resize Policy

At MIKAMU, we want to ensure that your ring fits perfectly, which is why we offer a one-time FREE resizing service (within 2 full sizes) for our rings, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Shipping Cost: The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs related to the resizing.
Timeframe: The FREE resizing service is available within 30 days after receiving the original order.

The following scenarios are not covered by our free resizing policy and will incur a charge for resizing:

Rings requiring resizing of more than 2 full sizes.
Rings requesting resizing beyond the 30-day free resizing timeframe.

Important Notes:

The first resizing within 30 days and within 2 full sizes is free of charge.
Any additional resizing beyond the first one will be subject to a small fee of $10 per resizing.
The total resizing period must not exceed 60 days from the date of receiving the original order.
Resizing service is limited to a maximum of three times per order.

BVLVO will charge a 35% resizing fee for the following items:

Items customized with 10K white gold/10K rose gold/10K gold.
Items customized with 14K white gold/14K rose gold/14K gold.
Items customized with 18K white gold/18K rose gold/18K gold.
Items customized with moissanite stones.
Personalized items with engravings and photos, such as rings, necklaces, and bracelets.
Special order items, including those with custom sizes and colors (Custom sizes with an additional $20 charge).
Final sale items are not eligible for resizing.
