Return & Exchanges
At MIKAMU, we strive to provide you with a seamless and confident shopping experience. That's why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the unused item in its original condition by contacting us within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
- Authorization: Ensure that items are returned with proper authorization; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Time Frame: Returns & exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the original order delivery date.
- Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, free from scratches or signs of wear, and must not have been resized or altered in any way.
- Shipping Method: Use a shipping method with tracking for returns, as returns without tracking will not be processed.
- Promotional Gifts: Include any promotional gifts received with your return; failure to do so will result in the retail price of the promotional gift being deducted from the refund.
- Return Address: Do not send your return to the address on the package as it is not our return address and may affect the processing of your return. Please send your returns to:

Non-Refundable Items:
- Final Sale Items: These are not eligible for refund, exchange, or resizing.
- Custom Items:
- Items customized with specific stone colors, metals, or chain lengths are non-refundable. For exchanges, a 35% restocking fee will be charged.
- Personalized items with engravings or photos are non-refundable. For exchanges, a 35% restocking fee will apply.
- Special order items with custom plating, stone colors, or individual parts from a set are non-refundable. You can exchange them for a different design with a 35% restocking fee.
- Rings with custom sizes (those with an additional $20 charge) are not refundable.
- Altered Items: Items without a jewelry tag or those that have been worn, damaged, or altered are non-refundable and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Replacement/Exchange Items: Items that were worn or sent as Replacement/Exchange are not eligible for refund.
Refunds:
- Processing Time: Returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or provided as store credit, as requested.
- Authorization: Contact a MIKAMU representative for authorization to receive a refund to your original payment account.
- Shipping Costs: The original shipping cost is non-refundable. We will reimburse customers $10 as the return shipping fee via store credit in the following circumstances:
- The customer received the wrong item.
- The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (Customers must contact MIKAMU within 48 hours of receiving their order for broken or defective items.)
Restocking Fees:
- A 35% restocking fee will apply for the return or exchange of the following items:
- Items customized with 10K white gold/10K rose gold/10K gold.
- Items customized with 14K white gold/14K rose gold/14K gold.
- Items customized with 18K white gold/18K rose gold/18K gold.
- Items customized with moissanite stones.
- Returning multiple items (≥ 3 pieces) from the same order will incur a 35% restocking fee for each item returned.
