While some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours, most items will be processed within 3 working days. Personalized or custom orders may take 7-12 working days. The estimated processing time is always listed on the product page, so you can plan accordingly.

Shipping Time

Once your order is processed and ready to be shipped, we will send you a shipping notification to your email address, including a tracking number. The shipping time may vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose. Typically, orders will be delivered within 10-15 days. While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please understand that shipping carriers may experience occasional delays. We encourage you to keep an eye on your phone and email for updates from the courier.

Shipping to the USA

For our valued customers in the USA, we are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $49.90. If you need your order sooner, we also provide Express Shipping options for faster delivery.

Important Notes

• For U.S. orders, you must sign for purchases of $300 or more regardless of any signature waiver on file with the carrier. Any order of $300 or over needs an adult signature.
• Express Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We can only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) via Standard Shipping.
• The above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so MIKAMU cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that MIKAMU will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.
• MIKAMU temporarily does not support transactions in North Korea, Syria, and Iran.
